Modeling Analysis of Ro-Based Desalination Process Using Fuzzy Logic

With growing population, availability of clean water for human use is becoming a great concern across the world. This paper implements modelling of RO-based desalination method to purify the surface water by a nonlinear fuzzy controller. The real-time experiment results are considered. Feed pump pressure and Flowrate, concentration and pH are taken as inputs. Outlet Pressure, Outlet Flowrate, Concentration of outlet and pH are taken as outputs for modelling. The model developed will ensure safe control and working of RO-desalination plant. For validation of performance of Fuzzy logic, the model is also compared with Output values from Neural Network.
