An Economic Operation Method of Distribution Transformer Considering Switching Cost

In order to reduce the loss of the distribution network and improve the economic benefits of the substation, an optimization method for the economic operation of transformers in the distribution station is proposed, which takes into account the switching costs. Through in-depth analysis of the life loss of various equipment caused by the transformer switching process, and equivalent to the switching cost in the process. The final power saving profit obtained by the substation is the power saving benefit minus the switching cost, and the switching timing of the economic operation mode is determined according to the power saving profit. An example is used to verify the effectiveness of the method.
