Development and Design Features of the Control Unit from the Astro-orientation System

The development of a promising high-precision star sensor and a control unit for it with improved characteristics has been presented. The paper considers the functional component and operation algorithm of a typical spacecraft astro-orientation system. The results of the development of the promising control unit design were presented. Particular attention was paid to the analysis of the structural stability to various external and internal influences. The calculation of resonance frequencies and four structural analyzes were carried out when simulating the effects of linear accelerations, shock effects, broadband random vibrations, and excess pressure. The results showed that the proposed option meets all technical requirements.
