Method and System for Estimation of Total Protein Concentration in an Urine Sample for Early Diagnosis of Pregnancy Complications

The article considers the estimation of total protein concentration in a urine sample using fluorescent methods. The method is described, the main dependencies that allow to estimate the total protein concentration in a urine sample using the selected method are given, as well as the functional block diagram of the analyzer that allows to perform the analysis in accordance with the selected method. The results of the study can be used to develop a system for remote monitoring of the health state of patients, in particular, pregnant women.
