An Method to Deal with the Abnormal Counter of BeiDou RDSS Receiver

Through the deployment of monitoring receivers in different areas, continuous monitoring of BeiDou RDSS service quality is realized. Service quality parameters include success rate/service delay/location deviation/timing accuracy, etc. The monitoring receiver records the time of service application and the total number of service applications, the time of service reception and the total number of services received, and returns this information to the analysis center. However, due to the long-term operation of the receiver and the instability of the ground network, there will be problems such as data interruption/change in service counters. This paper proposes a method for detecting and processing anomalies in the return data of the monitoring receiver, and optimizes its implementation. This method has faster detection speed of abnormal data.
