Research on Driving Data Classification of Fuel Cell Vehicle Based on CNN-BiLSTM Network

Hydrogen fuel cell (HFC) is an electrochemical device that transforms the chemical energy contained in the fuel into electrical energy. PEMFC is the most mature hydrogen fuel cell in the current development, it has many advantages such as no pollution, high energy conversion rate, low operating temperature and low noise. PEMFC continues to face the bottleneck of its short service life under the actual road operating conditions of a large-scale commercial application, limiting the future development of PEMFC.This paper uses CNN-BiLSTM network to analyze the driving data of PEMFC logistics vehicles, find out the driving conditions that reduce the stack performance, and classify them, to avoid the adverse effects of some driving conditions on fuel cell vehicles stack.
