The WeChat public platform in the perspective of new media plays an important role in college students' ideological and political education. It has gradually become the carrier of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and has become an important position for ideological and political education. This research system elaborates the opportunities and challenges brought about by the WeChat public platform to the management of college students, and explores and analyzes the effect of the WeChat public platform on the ideological and political education of college students.
