Designing Non-Uniform Constellations using Genetic Algorithm

This paper presents the experimental results of designing a Non-Uniform Constellations (NUC) using Genetic Algorithm (GA). The simulation results for the proposed experiment demonstrate the capacity of the GA of generating a NUC with a performance enhancement of up to 0.8 dB.
