The Joint Development of College Labor Education and Quality Education Based on the New Era

Labor education refers to the education that schools train students' correct labor concepts and consciousness and master certain labor skills through specialized labor courses. Quality-oriented education is the inevitable result of the synchronous development of education and society, and it is an important symbol of putting modern educational thoughts into practice in an all-round way. In order to improve the quality of the educated in an all-round way, labor practice education is an indispensable independent content. With the deepening of higher education reform, if we only pay attention to instrumental value and neglect educational value from humanity, higher education will inevitably lose its proper character and cultural taste. This paper first analyzes the main problems and causes of labor education in Colleges and universities in the new era, and then puts forward the common development countermeasures of labor education and quality education in Colleges and universities in the new era. The concrete implementation of these countermeasures needs corresponding system guarantee and environmental protection, and the operability of some countermeasures also needs to be constantly tested in practice.
