Influence Analysis of Reflection Phase Deviation in Metasurface Reflector Array

With the advantages of low profile, light weight, flexible design and low cost, metasurface reflectors are widely used in beam control, polarization transformation and RCS Reduction. In this paper, the influence of element reflection phase deviation on the pattern of beam deflection metasurface reflector array is simulated and analyzed. It is concluded that the general phase deviation will only affect part of the array elements, not the main deflection direction and gain of the array pattern, but will slightly increase the side lobe.
