Enhancement of optical properties of titanium dioxide with doping in THz regime

Tuning of optical and conductive properties of a material is key parameter for device fabrication in THz technology. We have demonstrated the enhancement of these properties of titanium dioxide (TiO
₂
) with the doping of antimony and bismuth in spectral range of 0.2-1.2 THz.
