Research on Implementation Method of Tactical Airspace Data Link Application

According to the motivation and process of data link development, an opinion about realizing tactical function using format message and its processing software are put forward. The design method for tactical function in association with data link layer and format message architecture is particularly pro-posed. Also, the factors that affect the effectiveness of data link operation are analyzed.
