associated with wireless transmission is a basic problem of radar technology, as well as synchronization and channel estimation for wireless communications. The author has been studying an estimation method using 2-dimensional BPSK signal. It was originally proposed by Kohda and Jitsumatsu and its performance was evaluated with continuous signal model. Recently Kohda has remodeled this scheme into the discrete model, the author reports its performance characteristics.
