Sinusoidal Silicon Waveguide Array for Optical Phased Array with Low Crosstalk

We propose an ultra-compact low-crosstalk sinusoidal silicon waveguide array with a pitch of 695 nm, where the sinusoidal bends are keys to reduce the crosstalk between waveguides. © 2020 The Author(s).
