Indicators for Effectiveness and Efficiency of E-Platforms for Business Meetings

Due to the measures taken as precautions in fight against COVID-19 virus in a global scale, as well as social isolation requirements, different online tools for videoconference are becoming more and more popular. As a result of the sever business environment companies struggle to survive and one of the possible solutions is to convert business processes and to implement as much as possible from direct to online work and contribution. The technological progress, especially in the field of ICT offers managers on different levels of hierarchy a variety of already developed tools for online communication, with almost all specifics of the real direct communication. The purpose of the present paper is to identify and to explain the important indicators with help of which the effectiveness and efficiency of one e-platform for business meeting could be determined. Once developed these indicators, they could be in use both in the daily work of the managers and researchers whose scientific interest is focused in the field of e-business meetings and videoconferences.
