Web celebrity city—Cluster analysis and forecast of Chongqing housing price

As mobile phone short video software is popularized, especially the rise of Tiktok, the local conditions and customs of all parts of China are gradually unfolding in front of the people of the whole country, thus Chongqing has become a web celebrity city. The name of "web celebrity city" has brought a huge number of tourists to Chongqing. At the same time, it also brings a problem. Will Chongqing's housing prices be affected? In this paper, 37 districts and counties in Chongqing were selected to collect the housing price data of each region in the last 12 months, and the clustering analysis was carried out by SPSS software, and the clustering results of house prices were predicted by time series model. The experimental results show that 37 districts and counties in Chongqing can be divided into five categories according to the house prices, and the prices in various regions are basically reasonable. From the simulation fitting degree, the prediction effect of Holt linear trend model is better than other models, but compared with the actual housing price error rate, brown linear model has the least error rate and the best effect.
