Design of Intrinsic Safety Orifice Locator for Mine Based on Fiber Optic Gyroscope

In order to adapt to the complicated and severe working conditions in coal mine, the north finding scheme and the whole system were established by analyzing the principle of fiber optic gyroscope (FOG) based on the characteristics of impact resistance, high sensitivity, high resolution and short response time of FOG. In the design scheme, STM32F103 serial single-chip microcomputer is selected as the control core, and the circuit design of intrinsically safe power supply, signal acquisition circuit, serial communication interface design are completed, and the heading angle, pitch angle and horizontal are realized. The roll angle is measured and the measurement error is reduced by temperature compensation, so that the north-finding accuracy is less than ± 1.5°, the pitch angle and roll angle are less than ±0.2
