A proposed scale for measuring logistics performance: Case of the Moroccan retail sector

Performance is one of the fundamental motivations of all companies. Previously formulated exclusively from a financial point of view (that is to say profitability), performance today in multiple facets. Therefore, companies must measure their performance and especially in our work the logistics performance. The purpose of this research is to identify the dimensions and the scale of measurement of the logistics performance in the context of an internal logistics chain "Moroccan retail sector". In order to do this, we used the exploratory factor analysis and the calculation of Cronbach's alpha coefficient, the examination of internal validity and internal reliability are satisfactory.
