Contribution to the design of a logistics chain performance measurement system: case of a Moroccan SME group

Our research problem is oriented towards the design of a system for measuring the logistics performance of a group of SMEs operating in several cities in Morocco (thanks to intervention research). Our general problem can then be stated: how to implement a logistics performance measurement system in the context of Moroccan SMEs. The objective of this research work is the design and implementation of a system for measuring the logistics performance of Moroccan SMEs using the GIMSI approach (Generalization, Information, Measurement, System, and Initiative). To achieve this objective, we have adopted a qualitative approach based on an abductive reasoning mode (back and forth between research work that addressed the question of the design of performance management indicators and our field of research (group of SMEs)).
