Qualitative Analysis of the Mathematical Model of Regulatory Mechanisms of the Latent Form Hepatitis B Viruses

Ahstract- The purpose of this article is to qualitatively analyze a mathematical model of regulatory mechanisms of liver cells in the quasi-stationary functioning of hepatitis B viruses, which represent the latent form of hepatitis B viruses. The mathematical model is in the form of a functional-differential equation with a delay argument of the Goodwin type. The qualitative analysis examined the properties of mathematical model solutions, such as the existence, continuity, non-negativity, uniqueness, and boundedness. As a result of qualitative analysis, it was found that the mathematical model reflects the normal and anomalous modes of regulatory mechanisms of liver cells in the quasi-stationary functioning of hepatitis B viruses, i.e. in dynamic chaos, black hole modes.
