Research on Optimal Scheduling of Electric Vehicles Considering Wind Power

In view of the uncertainty of wind power generation and the adverse effects of disorderly charging of large-scale electric vehicles(EVs) on the operation of the distribution network, a large number of and scattered private EVs are used as the research object to establish a double-layer optimal scheduling model of EVs considering wind power generation. First, the EVs are clustered according to distance and assigned to each operator. Then the EV is controlled by double-layer charging. Finally, take the load of a certain area as an example, and use the tabu search particle swarm optimization algorithm to verify the optimization effect. The calculation example studies the practicability of the proposed strategy with the participation of EVs of different scales, and the results show that the proposed optimal scheduling strategy for EVs can effectively reduce load fluctuations and reduce user electricity costs. And as the penetration rate of EVs increases, the optimization effect is better.
