The key technology for optimal scheduling and control of wind-photovoltaic-storage multi-energy complementary system

Renewable energy power output is highly uncertain, and large-scale integration of renewable energy has a significant impact on the scheduling and control of the power system. In particular, with the increase of renewable energy integration, the difficulty of scheduling and control has increased significantly. There is one of the urgent problems to be solved about how to achieve optimal scheduling and control of high penetration renewable energy grid. On the one hand, by studying the complementarity between renewable energy sources, the volatility of renewable energy output can be smoothed, and on the other hand, large-scale energy storage applications can ensure that renewable energy sources follow the plan curve in real time. Therefore, this paper develops wind-photovoltaic combined power prediction based on complementary characteristics and wind-photovoltaic-storage multi-energy complementary system optimal scheduling and control related technologies. Starting from smoothing the output of renewable energy and improving the confidence of renewable energy, improve the scheduling and control capabilities.
