Comprehensive Evaluation Index System and Method for County Power Supply Companies Based on Data Mining

In order to guide county power supply companies to position itself accurately and develop orderly, a comprehensive evaluation index system and method for measuring the power grid development and operation level of the county power supply companies are proposed. Based on the data of 140 county power supply companies, this paper proposes a key index selection strategy using data mining to build a comprehensive evaluation index system. The improved gray correlation method and entropy coefficient method are used to build the combined weight distribution model, combining the data envelopment cross analysis to calculate the evaluation value of companies. The case analysis of 10 county c power supply companies in a province shows that the proposed index system and method can comprehensively and effectively evaluate the power grid development and operation level of county power supply companies, and provide decision support for county power supply companies to formulate development strategies.
