A Data Repair Method for Missing Voltage Data of Smart Meter Users

This paper proposes a method to repair the missing voltage data of smart meter users, which includes four steps: acquiring the user voltage data of a power distribution area through the power consumption information acquisition system; calculating the average values of voltage difference at corresponding time between each user and others; making user groups according to the average values of user voltage difference; and repairing the user missing voltage data according to the grouping result. The case study shows that the method can repair the missing voltage data of smart meter users, which provides an important data basis for the development of related business.
