A Corrective Control Method For Combined Heat and Power Integrated Energy System Considering The Heat Network

To improve energy efficiency and penetration of renewable energy, energy internet (EI) has become the future direction of the energy system development, in which the integrated energy system (IES) plays an important role in terms of the physical-layer interpretation. In recent years, the rapid development of IES, especially combined heat and power system (CHP), has received extensive attention and application due to its environmental and economic benefits. However, the coupling of multiple energy systems might bring serious challenges to the security control of IES as well. Corrective control is a control scheme in which the system can be restored to secure state through corrective actions after the system contingency happens. However, the coupling between electric power system and heating system will bring challenges to corrective control's application in CHP IES. To ensure the accuracy and validity, this paper proposes a corrective control model for CHP IES considering the characteristics of the heat network, in which the operation plan of the system in normal state can be made while it's guaranteed that the system can recover to a safe and stable operation state through corrective actions after the contingency. The case studies demonstrate the effectiveness of proposed method in different contingency scenarios.
