Congestion Perception Based on Load Estimation in Spread Spectrum Aloha

Satellite communication plays an irreplaceable role in realizing the seamless coverage and improving the operation efficiency of the broadband network. In order to ensure the stable operation of the satellite system, it is necessary to study the access congestion perception. The current researches mainly perceive the possible congestion through the estimation and prediction of the load. But few people have studied the congestion perception technology in the case of spread spectrum Aloha. Spread-spectrum Aloha technology has the advantage of improving throughput, and it can solve the problem of mobile terminal power limitation. This paper studies how to perceive access congestion when the advantage of pure spread-spectrum Aloha multi-access technology is extended to the geosynchronous orbit satellite system with regional space. This paper presents the mathematical model of spread spectrum Aloha multiple access and analyzes its throughput performance. We simulate and analyze the proposed load estimation scheme.
