Anti-counterfeiting Technology of Toner Based on Rare Earth Oxide

This paper studies a traceable anti-counterfeiting technology by adding a small amount of rare earth oxides to the printer toner. Different types and contents of rare earth oxides are added to printer toners, and relatively independent characteristic spectral lines can be obtained in the spectral analysis of their prints. Based on the toner prints of different types and contents of rare earth oxides, the spectral characteristic database can be established. The spectrum detection system adopts infrared spectrometer, uses wavelet transform and support vector machine to process and classify the spectrum data.
