Design and Implementation of An Intelligent Kitchen Safety Monitor

Kitchen often appears a series of safety hazards, so there is the birth of the idea of kitchen safety testing. The purpose is to detect the most likely safety hazards in the kitchen and give an alarm. In serious cases, certain measures should be taken to prevent them, so as to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment in the kitchen. This paper designed an intelligent kitchen safety monitor, STM32F103C8T6 single chip microcomputer as control core, the system adopts MLX90614AAA (temperature sensor), MQ-2 (smoke concentration ion sensor) respectively to test the temperature, concentration of combustible gas, smoke, can automatically cut off the gas source, power supply, and through the gate control circuit of the water pump, fan response to fire and smoke self-help treatment. Convenient operation platform, divided into two parts, part is the concise action button plate also can be used (old man), the other part is the mobile operating platform, alarm information can be through the communication module report to smartphone, users can also through the smart phone to check the alarm clock, temperature, gas leakage situation of the kitchen, through the platform for remote detection.
