Research and Design of Multidimensional Data Analysis and Decision Platform for Smart Factory

Technology is constantly developing and data is constantly increasing. Many companies are facing the challenge of multi-dimensional and large amounts of data. Dealing with redundant information and noisy data, and the invalidity of mining results have become difficult problems. Taking the display smart factory as an example, this paper designs a multi-dimensional data analysis and decision-making platform based on Hadoop, uses the deep learning model to analyze the collected system data, and draws resource scheduling plans and quality control decision-making plans, assists management decisions, and realizes intelligence Factory intelligent production, networked collaborative manufacturing. From this, it can improve production efficiency, reduce production costs, reduce operation intensity, etc., while enhancing the core competitiveness of the factory in the industry.
