Safety Risk Analysis of Railway Accident with Text-based Bow-tie model

In order to analyze the safety risk in railway traffic, in this paper, we propose a model applying with Beijing metro accident report. Firstly, we identify the accident causation text from the accident report. Accident causation and its consequences obtained from the accident cause text are summarized. Secondly, establish an accident fault tree based on the text causation and conduct a qualitative analysis on it. To visualize these accident causation, the bow-tie model is introduced. to study the unsafe factors of the accident, and related preventive measures are listed. Thus, proposed model could provide a scientific risk analysis from text accident report.
