An on-line monitoring system of mine main ventilator based on PLC technology

As the “lung” of coal mine, the main ventilator of coal mine is directly related to the production safety of the whole coal mine. For the purpose of ensuring the safe operation of the main ventilator in coal mine, improving the level of digital construction in coal mine, improving the stability, reliability, automation degree of fan system and reducing the downtime of reverse machine, this paper puts forward the control system of automatic monitoring and monitoring of main ventilator by collecting field digital quantity, analog data, 485 communication data, Ethernet communication data, cooperating with high and low voltage switch, frequency converter, air door control box, monitoring camera and so on. The practical application shows that the system has the characteristics of safety and reliability, simple operation, easy maintenance, convenient expansion and flexible configuration. The system provides functions such as one-click reverse machine, one-click backwind, alarm record, real-time data, historical data, report query and so on. The system greatly improves the automation level, safety and reliability of coal mine ventilator control system.
