Vibration detection and suppression of OCP-60E mechanical press

Aiming at the resonance problem of mechanical press, this OCP-60E mechanical press is taken as the research object, and the cause of resonance is obtained by combining software simulation with hammer method. First, the established three-dimensional model of the press is used for theoretical modal analysis. The free modal and constrained modal analysis of the crankshaft and the press machine body are carried out to obtain the frequency and vibration chart through ANSYS finite element analysis software. Then, the method of using the moving force hammer with fixed sensor and the moving sensor with fixed impact point of the force hammer are used to carry out modal experiments on the press body and the complete machine. Finally, according to the test results, the cause of resonance is determined, and the resonance of the press is caused by the excitation of the flywheel rotation itself.
