Reconfiguration and Coordination of V2G EVs in Distribution System Penetrated with Renewables

In this work, impact of distribution feeder reconfiguration (DFR) is investigated in the distribution system integrated with electric vehicles (EVs). In addition, presence of renewables is considered in charging coordination of EVs. The operation of EVs is considered to include vehicle to grid (V2G) mode. In this regard, this work proposes a two-stage framework to coordinate charging and discharging power of EVs with DFR. The effectiveness of proposed approach is illustrated on a 33-bus radial distribution system.
