$4\times 4$ LTE MIMO Antenna Performance for Automotive Applications

In the last few years, MIMO (Multiple-Input-Multiple-Output) Cellular Antenna communication and high data streaming, have been developed and integrated into several vehicles lines by Automotive OEMs. The performance of Cellular Communication systems, in terms of uplink/downlink throughput is influenced by dynamic network factors such as Network traffic, time of day, network size, and location/environment. And, more recently 4×4 MIMO Cellular Communication are being developed for automotive applications to support 4G LTE Advanced Communication and subsequently 5G New Radio (NR) in an Over the Air (OTA) chamber Environment. This paper demonstrates MIMO Cellular Antenna performance OTA Chamber for 4×4 automotive Antenna system for various modulation schemes.
