Sensitivity Analysis of Campus Safety Culture Based on Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process

With the increasing attention from all occupations on campus safety, it is urgent to strengthen the construction of safety culture in universities. After sending questionnaires to students, teachers and administrators in a closed management engineering university, this paper uses SPSS 22.0 to test the rationality and reliability of the questionnaires. According to the test results, an operable evaluation index system of campus safety culture sensitivity is established, and then four first-level indicators affecting the sensitivity of campus safety culture are determined, which are safety concept culture, safety behavior culture, safety management culture, and safety physical culture. Seven secondary indicators and twenty-eight tertiary indicators have been established. Using analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each evaluation index, a three-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is established. According to the actual situation of the university, the judgment is calculated, which concludes that both the safety culture sensitivity and the safety behavior culture of the university are the highest, both the safety concept culture and the safety material culture are higher, and the safety management culture is the lowest. This result further verifies the rationality and feasibility of the indicator system, at the same time, also indicates that there are still some problems in the school's management system. The establishment of this system is helpful for the university to regulate and manage the problems, and provides reference and help for this kind of engineering universities to evaluate and improve the construction of campus safety culture.
