Proposed Mobile Application for Islamic Fintech E-Salam System an Approach to the Financial Inclusion

This paper, proposed a mobile application that provides Islamic finance options to clients using a special type of forwarding sale known as salam contract, the proposed system as well provides answers to client inquiries about the salam contract, such as cost of finance, quantity to be delivered as a payoff, and delivery place and time, The proposed system converting the traditional salam contract to E-salam contract to maximize the benefits and attractiveness of the modes, this approach required a complete electronic system can easily interact with the clients and execute the contract steps applying the required conditions of Islamic sharia as well, this proposal provides digital application structure to be used by both Islamic bank and clients easily and perfectly. Hence, the proposed application helps applicants to provide the necessary information (financeable products, calculating the amount to be returned in the form of a quantity of the product, etc.). The proposal enables Islamic banks to provide financial services to rural areas where no branches but internet service available. Delivery points available in the system with specific locations to make it easy for farmers to fulfill the contract obligations. This proposal was checked and revised by different experts in banking and IT specialists and approved by sharia scholars. The proposed system focus on possibilities, extra papers on experiments will follow in further papers.
