To the Strategy of Training an Engineer in Quality Management

The article argues that quality management refers to a new type of engineering, which is emerging and developing in the context of post-classical science, focused on interdisciplinarity, transdisciplinarity, human-dimensional systems and the synthesis of knowledge, bringing to life technology science, technology convergence, as well as new types and forms of engineering. In this situation, the synthesis and integration of natural science, social and humanitarian and technical knowledge becomes a reality for engineering, which is especially pronounced in the engineering profile “quality management”, requiring accounting for the training of an engineer of this profile in practice.
