Software Infrastructure Management Systems for Smart Territories

The article discusses the development of a mathematical model for managing subsystems for the life support of a residential building. The results of the selection and justification of a multi-level management structure are presented. The results of the analysis, selection of parameters of the cascade control system are presented. Analysis of the subject area of the interaction of infrastructure objects by categories: smart territory → smart city → smart home has been performed. A context diagram and precedent diagrams, decompositions of a system for assessing the physical deterioration of systems of engineering equipment of a smart home have been developed. The goals and objectives of the project development are formed and the main requirements for the designed software application are highlighted. The simulation of typical life support structures in the CX-Programmer environment was carried out and a virtual object control program was developed in the language of ladder diagrams (relay-contact circuits). Cascade (adaptive) control at a real facility within the framework of the Smart City strategy is justified.
