Guidelines of Influencer Intelligence: Positive & Negative Impact of Influencer to Community

An influencer can be a netizen who influences society, be it positive or negative effects, depending on what they say on social media. Therefore, a guide is needed to determine the types of influencers and what effect they have when an influencer shares information, say something, and provide comments so that people will know what kind of influencer they are facing. This research is the development of previous studies, as listed in the introduction. The survey has conducted on thirty people covering the general public, a college student, and lecturers to determine influencers' influence on social media. This study's results are a guide for social media users to find out the types of influencers. What effects they have when dealing with types A, B, C, and D? By knowing these types, social media users will be wiser in responding to everything on social media. The method used to develop this research is the Johari window, a method with four flexible perspectives applied to this research. Furthermore, this research will produce innovations in communicating on social media. Social media users will be wiser in giving comments and criticism so that a more positive social media culture can be created and can make a positive contribution to society.
