Calibration of the Vector Magnetometer Based on Solution of the System of Linear Equations

The paper contains the description of measurement errors of a vector magnetometer caused by its non-ideal quality. The mathematical modeling of the signal measured by a magnetometer was made for the magnetometer calibration process investigation. The method of the calibration parameters estimation based on the iterative solution of the system of linear equations has been proposed. The capabilities of this method have been studied.
