The Dual-band Dipole-like Arrangement for Digital Printed Antenna Arrays

In this article the newly proposed dual-band dipole-like antenna arrangement is considered and discussed. The structure proposed is excited by an out-of-phase power splitter, the outputs of which are connected to the remote terminals of the conventional dipole. The integration of balancing unit and radiating structure allows to achieve a reasonable structure size as well as good matching characteristics.
