Methods for automated testing of phased-array subarrays

Automated test instruments have been developed that reduce test time and labor during subarray RF measurements. These novel laboratory instruments are portable and can be used in trouble-shooting phased arrays in the field. Test results of one of the 128 subarrays that make up a particular phased array are included.
