Directional electromagnetic fields scattering in semiconductor elements of robotic technical means

Immobilization of robotic and unmanned technical means being a threat to the people of any “smart city” is considered. The use of microwave directional electromagnetic fields such an intensity dissipating the wave energy in the semiconductor elements and causing malfunctions in technical means operations is proposed. At a task solving an approximation is considered that the robot has no specialized receiving antennas perceiving the robot impacting waves. Analytical relationships have been arrived at that allow for estimating the amount of energy dissipated in some semiconductor element within an approximate range of (0.1 ... 8) GHz.
