Simulation Framework For Studying Quality of Service Traffic Prioritization Algorithms in Li-Fi Network

With the advent of 5G technology and the ever-increasing number of new mobile devices in our daily lives, new ways are needed for faster and more secure data transmission. LI -FI technology meets these needs. This is a new technology and for its implementation in our daily lives we need to consider the need to improve the parameters of service quality and resource allocation from terminal devices to user devices. This paper shows a simulation framework which implements algorithm proposed by authors, Wang traffic prioritization algorithm and two classic traffic prioritization algorithms - First Come First Served (FCFS) and Least Number of Hops First (LNHF). The framework shows the transition matrix and graphics for Quality of Service (QoS) parameters - Packet delivery Ratio, Packet Lost ratio, Delay and Throughput for all implemented algorithms.
