Abstract:

This paper presents two methods of rotor field -oriented control (Direct and Indirect rotor field -oriented control) applied to the Double Star Induction Machine (DSIM) powered by three phases source inverter (VSI). Then, the simulation results show the performance of each control strategy and prove the robustness and efficiency of both methods against parameter variation. Results are approved by simulation using MATLAB/ Simulink environment.
