One method for proving polynomial inequalities with real coefficients

In this paper will be shown one method for proving the polynomial inequalities with real coefficients. Algorithm shown here can work with all real values for coefficients of polynomial. This is of great importance for programming algorithms for computers which by their nature use the limited number of digits for number representation.
