Abstract:
A new multiphase Zero-Voltage-Transition (ZVT) Pulse-Width Modulated (PWM) synchronous buck converter is presented in this paper. With an auxiliary circuit, all switches of buck converter can be operated under soft switching conditions. The evaluation is well verified on a 2 kW two phase ZVT- PWM synchronous buck converter and the experiment efficiency compared with ordinary two phase buck converter is given.
