Dual Mode Grounded Active Inductor Employing MO-DXCCTA

A dual mode (positive and negative) grounded active inductor, which is basically an extension of Navnit et al. inductance simulation [23] using single Multiple Output Dual X Current Conveyor Transconductance Amplifier (MODXCCTA) active element has been presented. The main aim of this paper to propose an alternate circuit in the realization of resistorless positive and negative grounded active inductor. The workability test using PSPICE design uses 0.18 $\mu \mathrm{m}$ TSMC parameters and well-known commercially available ICs AD844 and CA3080 for the design of MO-DXCCTA. In addition, some applications of the proposed inductor will be found suitable for RLC filter and inductance cancellation.
