A Proposal of Internal Capacitor Cancel Control Rectifier for Improving Output Power of Vibration Generator

Recently, the energy harvesting has attracted attention. This research focuses on vibration generators based on piezoelectric elements. The vibration generators provide very low power around mW or μW level. Therefore, we propose an internal capacitor cancel control (ICCC) rectifier for improving the output power of vibration generator. The numerical results show that the output power of the ICCC rectifier grows up compared to that of the conventional rectifier.
