Light's Properties and Power in Facilitating Organizational Change

This chapter will lay out the approach to begin to integrate an advanced light technology to shift a portfolio of organizational situations. The practice of integrating the action of light with any challenging situation can be used as a technique to expedite holistic change. This is because light exists at different speeds that results in the generation of different types and categories of information. Light has a causal power that, if leveraged in the right way, can holistically affect a large portfolio of organizational challenges, including presence, power, knowledge, and harmony, respectively. This chapter will describe an example of such light‐based approaches at a multibillion‐dollar e‐commerce organization.
